On the Import page, if you disable AutoLink (under the View / Unlink field) against a Xero Contact, this selection is only saved as cached data in the browser, so if you log out and back in again the preference won't be saved.
Due to this, we would suggest reviewing Suggested Links and completing bulk linking in a single session where possible.
