This release delivers a set of UI improvements to DDCMS, covering the contract stream and calendar views, the History of BACS Actions screen and Contract Updates wording.
Enhancements
Contract stream now shows the next collection amount
The contract stream now shows the actual amount due on the next collection date directly in the stream list, so you can see the next payment at a glance without opening “View/Amend Schedule Versions”. The first collection amount and the next collection amount are shown as separate values, and a tooltip explains what each represents.
Adhoc debits now shown on the calendar view
Adhoc debits now appear on the calendar view alongside scheduled contract stream payments and patches, so all upcoming collections are visible in one place rather than only the scheduled payments.
Collection amount added to the History of BACS Actions
The collection amount is now shown in the History of BACS Actions search results and CSV download, so you no longer have to open each individual record to find the amount when reconciling.
Clearer wording for payment schedule actions in Contract Updates
In Contract Updates, actions that relate to the payment schedule are no longer prefixed with “Contract”, so a payment schedule action (for example, “Payment Schedule cancelled”) is no longer confused with an action on the Direct Debit instruction. Wording for actions that genuinely relate to the contract itself (for example, “Contract amended” or “Contract and Payment Schedule cancelled”) is unchanged.
