Xero invoice not marked as paid although payment has been collected

The Xero Middleware should be checking a payment and sending the paid status back to Xero between 3 and 5 working days after the collection date.

If the status of the payment is still showing as pending in the Middleware/Xero after 5 working days, despite the payment status being updated within DDCMS, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article.
