To clone a custom report, begin by navigating to the Custom Report Library and locating the report you want to duplicate, Once you find it, click the Clone icon associated with that report.

When you clone a report, the system creates an exact replica of the original template. The new version appears in the library with the same name as the original, followed by (Copy) to help you easily distinguish it from the source report. After the clone is created, you can open it and make any necessary adjustments, such as updating filters, modifying layout elements, or refining the data included.

In addition to copying the report template itself, the cloning process also duplicates all existing schedules linked to the original report, along with their associated properties. This includes delivery settings, frequency, recipients, and any other scheduling configurations, ensuring the copied report behaves identically until edited.
It's also important to note that any user can clone a report, regardless of whether they were the one who originally created it. This makes it easy for teams to reuse and adapt existing reports without altering the original version.
