Delete a custom report

Guidance on deleting a custom report.

You can delete any custom templates that you're the owner/creator of. To do so:

šŸ“ŒNote: If you didn't create the report but want it removed, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.

  1. Click the delete (dustbin) icon against the report.

  2. A pop up window appears asking you to Confirm.

If the deleted template had a schedule attached to it, the schedule is also deleted and reports will no longer automatically generate for it.

If a report is currently being generated based on the template you want to delete, you’ll not be able to perform the action until after the report generation is completed.
