If you have generated a letter that you don't wish to be sent to your customer this can only be removed within twenty four hours of the letter being generated. This can only be removed if a physical letter was to be posted.
If the Advance Notice Letter is being emailed we can't remove this as the letters are issued immediately. You can request to have an amendment letter reissued to the customer. Please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
πNote: Removed letters will still appear in the customer's Communications tab, as this can't be updated. A memo can be added to the payer's memo section to reflect the removal.
