Access PaySuite DDCMS can automatically send Advanced Notice Letters (ANLS) when a customer's Direct Debit is set up or amended.

  • If an email address is provided, an email ANL is sent immediately.

  • If only a postal address is available, a letter is sent instead.

These communications ensure customers are informed of upcoming payments in line with Direct Debit regulations.

πŸ“ŒNote: New payer and ad hoc communications are sent immediately. Amendment notifications follow delay settings in Access PaySuite DDCMS. If you're unsure about your delay days, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article.

To configure your account to send ANLs please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
