Use the Access Digital Assistant
To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below:
Log into Access PaySuite DDCMS.
Click the Access Digital Assistant icon in the bottom right corner.
Click Send a message then type your question.
Review the answer.
If the response was helpful, let the Access Digital Assistant know. If not, leave your feedback with the Access Digital Assistant then select Talk to a person.
