Resend advance notice to a customer

πŸ“ŒNote: Before resending an Advance Notice Letter/Email (ANL), please note that email notifications are sent in batches so the customer may not receive the email instantaneously.

If you've changed a customer's details, the resent ANL won't reflect the changes. If the ANL was originally sent by email, it is resent to that email address, regardless of whether you've updated the payer's email in their profile. If you require an ANL resending with updated details or to an updated email address, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article.


Resend a copy of the original ANL to a customer

  1. Search for the customer within the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.

  2. Click View Customer the eye icon, this takes you to the customer's PROFILE.

  3. Select SYSTEM COMMUNICATIONS tab, then click the Resend double page

    icon.
