To view both advanced notice and amendment emails and letters on DDCMS, please follow the below steps:β
πNote: We're unable to know if the email has been received, opened or read by the payer.
Search for customer within the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.
Click View Customer the eye icon, this takes you to the customer's PROFILE.
Look along the white bar and click SYSTEM COMMUNICATIONS.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the date and the type of communication created.
Click red VIEW button to see a preview.
