Access PaySuite DDCMS can automatically send ANLs when a customer's Direct Debit is set up or amended.
If an email address is provided, an email ANL is sent immediately.
If only a postal address is available, a letter is sent instead.
These communications ensure customers are informed of upcoming payments in line with Direct Debit regulations.
πNote: New payer and ad hoc communications are sent immediately. Amendment notifications follow the delay settings configured in Access PaySuite DDCMS.
πNote: Welsh language support is available. When enabled, ANLs are issued in both English and Welsh for payers whose language preference is set to Welsh, ensuring communications meet bilingual requirements.
