Ensuring customers stay informed with smooth, automatic delivery of their Advance Notice Letters (ANLs).

Access PaySuite DDCMS can automatically send ANLs when a customer's Direct Debit is set up or amended.

  • If an email address is provided, an email ANL is sent immediately.

  • If only a postal address is available, a letter is sent instead.

These communications ensure customers are informed of upcoming payments in line with Direct Debit regulations.

πŸ“ŒNote: New payer and ad hoc communications are sent immediately. Amendment notifications follow the delay settings configured in Access PaySuite DDCMS.

πŸ“ŒNote: Welsh language support is available. When enabled, ANLs are issued in both English and Welsh for payers whose language preference is set to Welsh, ensuring communications meet bilingual requirements.

To configure your account to send ANLs, check your delay settings, or enable Welsh language communications, please contact our Access Digital Assistant and request to speak with a member of the support team.
