You can now choose the dual‑language option when adding a new customer in Access PaySuite DDCMS. This automatically generates customer details and forms in both languages, including support for the Advanced Notice Letters (ANLs), which further enhances the full end‑to‑end customer experience and helps organisations meet Welsh language legislation and accessibility standards.
📌Note: To enable this feature, please contact our Support team via the Access Digital Assistant. They will activate the bilingual form option for you within your Access PaySuite DDCMS settings free of charge, allowing you to provide a seamless bilingual experience to your customers.
