After the Support team enables the dual language feature in your Access PaySuite DDCMS settings, you can apply this option to existing customers.
To do this please follow the below steps:
Using the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.
Click View Customer the eye icon, this takes you to the customer's PROFILE tab.
Under PERSONAL DETAILS, click the dropdown next to Language.
Select either Welsh or English.
Click SAVE to complete any amendments.
πNote: Welsh bilingual is the only option available, as Welsh-only formats do not comply with Bacs requirements.
