Why you no longer receive disbursal payments on the first and fifteenth of the month.

We've made a global change to improve payment speed - all disbursals are now sent using Faster Payments. If you were previously on a first and fifteenth disbursal schedule, you'll now receive your funds earlier than expected each month.

If you'd prefer to go back to receiving payments on the first and fifteenth please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
