Unfortunately this is something that is set by Xero. The user that connects the integration has to have either Standard or Adviser level user permissions. We are simply checking that the user is authorised to use the API.
Xero Integration - Sales Invoice only Xero user cannot access the Middleware
The Xero Middleware only allows standard and adviser user roles to link customers.
