Xero Integration: 500 error logging into the Xero Middleware

If you're experiencing this error logging into the Middleware, please ensure that you have either Standard or Adviser level Xero user permissions. This is a requirement set by Xero that the user is authorised to use the API.

If you continue to experience an error, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article.

When connecting to us, please provide the following:

  • The approximate time you last attempted to log in, so we can check our logs.

  • Whether colleagues are experiencing the same error.

  • The organisation class of your Xero subscription e.g standard, premium, ultra.
