If your Middleware connection to Xero has been disabled, you can easily reconnect it through your system settings. This guide outlines the steps to restore the integration and resume data syncing.

Steps to reconnect Middleware to Xero:

  1. Login to Access PaySuite with Administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Xero.

  3. If the connection is disabled, you'll see a prompt or status indicator showing "Disconnected".

  4. Click Reconnect or Re-authorise.

  5. You'll be redirected to Xero's login page. Enter your Xero credentials and grant access.

  6. Once authorised, the Middleware connection will be restored.

  7. Confirm that data syncing resumes by checking recent activity or running a test sync.
