Your BACS Short Name appears on your customer's bank statement alongside their bank reference.
To find out your BACS Short Name please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
📌Note: Occasionally, certain banks may not have updated their Service User Number (SUN) details, causing a previous organisation's name to appear on the bank statement. In such cases, please ask your customer to contact their bank directly to resolve the issue.
