Bulk frequency switching allows you to update multiple payers at once, shifting them from one contract frequency to another. This process is ideal for large-scale adjustments, ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort. To complete this successfully, you'll need to prepare a bulk upload file with the correct fields.
To create a file upload template
Navigate to File Upload.
Click on Template Library.
Click on Create New Template.
Add a name for your template on the Template Name field.
On Action type drop-down menu select Upload Existing.
On Template type dropdown menu select Update Contracts.
πNote: When you choose an option above, the Selected Columns list is automatically filled with the required fields for that schedule type. These required fields can't be removed, but you can add any Available Columns and reorder fields by dragging and dropping.
Select does your file have a header if you wish the first row of your file to include headers.
Once satisfied with the selection click Save.
Your template then appears in the Template Library, alongside our shared system templates. Click the Download button to obtain a CSV. or XLS. for completion, which you may then upload.
To Upload the file
In the FILE UPLOAD tab, select Upload a file.
Select your template from the drop-down menu.
Under Data File, click click to select a file.
Click Upload File icon.
If validated with errors, you need to correct the errors before you can submit the file.
