Price changes can be added to the system for customers on rolling and fixed contracts through the use of a CSV or XLSX file.
๐Note: These price changes are reflected immediately in the system. To collect these amounts, the necessary lead time needs to be applied.
๐Note: If you require a list of all of your active customers prior to your price change you can create a custom report.
๐Note: We recommend running a future payments due report after making any price changes to ensure the amounts are correct.
To create a bespoke template for price changes, follow the steps below:
Navigate to File Upload tab.
Click on Template Library.
Click on Create New Template.
Add a name for your template on the Template Name field.
On Action type drop-down menu select Update Existing.
On Template type, select Update Contracts.
Tick does your file have a header if you wish the first row of your file to include headers.
Upon selection, please select the Direct Debit Reference Identifier and Amount by dragging and dropping these fields into the selected columns box.
Save.
Your template then appears in the Template Library, alongside our shared system templates. Press the Download button to obtain a CSV or XLSX file for completion.
To upload the file, follow the steps below:
Click the Upload a file tab.
Select a template from the drop down menu.
Under the Data File tab, click Click to select file and select your file.
Click Upload File button.
If validated with errors, you need to correct the errors.
Ensure the file is submitted.
