If your account is enabled for credits, you can upload a credit file for payment. To create and upload a credit file, please follow the steps below.
πNote: File validation works differently depending on size. Smaller files are validated instantly, while larger ones are processed in the background with a progress bar. You'll see a message confirming you can leave the page, but remember - your file hasn't been submitted yet. Only upload a credit file once, and always fix or delete invalid records. If you're not planning to submit a file, delete it to avoid duplication.
Upload a credit file
Navigate to FILE UPLOAD tab then click Template Library.
Click Create New Template.
Add a name for your template in the Template Name field.
In Action Type, select Upload New then on Template type, select New Credit Payments.
Select Does your file have a header if you wish the first row of your file to include headers.
Select a reference type from Available Columns and move across to Selected Columns by dragging and dropping.
Click SAVE.
Your template then appears in the Template Library, Click the Download button to obtain a file for completion. Once you've created your new credit template please follow the steps below to complete and upload your credit file.
Click the Upload a File tab.
Select the template from the drop-down menu.
Under the Data File tab, click Click to Select File.
Click UPLOAD FILE then click OK.
Click the Upload File button.
If validated with errors, you need to correct the errors.
