How do I get SEPA?

Information required to progress your SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) request.

If you're looking to start processing SEPA Direct Debits through Access PaySuite, we'll need some essential information before we can route your request to our sales team. The details you provide ensure we can confirm eligibility, understand your processing needs, and determine the best setup for your organisation.

When you're ready to begin the setup process, simply contact our Access Digital Assistant and ask to speak with a support agent.


Do you have your own SEPA Creditor ID?

A SEPA Creditor identifier (CID) is mandatory for collecting SEPA Direct Debit payments.

  • If you don't have a Creditor ID, we're unable to support your request.

  • If you're unsure, your bank can confirm this for you.


Which bank issued your Creditor ID?

Please specify the bank that supplied your Creditor ID. This helps us validate the details and ensure compatibility with SEPA processing requirements.


Which countries will you be processing in?

SEPA includes, multiple European countries. We need to know:

  • The country or countries where you'll submit SEPA Direct Debits.

  • Whether you operate in a single region or require multi-country support.


Which SEPA scheme do you use?

There are two main schemes:

  • SEPA Core - standard consumer and business transactions.

  • SEPA B2B - business to business only.

Please confirm whether you're using:

  • SEPA Core

  • SEPA B2B

  • Both schemes


What are your payment volumes?

Accurate processing volumes help us determine the best commercial and technical setup. Please provide estimated volumes:

  • Monthly or annual volume.

  • Per scheme (Core/B2B)


What are your signup methods?

Tell us how customers authorise payments (e.g., online forms, paper mandates, telephone signup). This ensures compliance with SEPA mandate requirements.


Expected new transaction volumes

Please share the anticipated growth or onboarding volume:

  • Number of new transactions per month or year.


Existing SEPA transactions to transfer

If you already process SEPA Direct Debits elsewhere, let us know:

  • Whether you want to migrate those transactions.

  • How many mandates or active transactions you plan to transfer.
