Your primary client is the first client you were assigned to in Access Evo.
Your access in Access PaySuite DDCMS is based on your primary client and applies across all clients you can access. For example, if your role on your primary client is ClientUser, you will have the same role across all other clients, even if different roles are set in Access Evo.
To change your access, an Access Evo Administrator must update your role for your primary client. Any changes made in Access Evo are applied automatically to Access PaySuite DDCMS.
📌Note: Changing your role on a non-primary client in Access Evo will not change your access in Access PaySuite DDCMS.
