Xero Integration - Link to your Xero account

Configure your Xero account.

To configure your Xero account with the Middleware:

  1. Navigate to the Configure Xero page.

  2. Select the account that your payments will be made to in Xero. Generally, this will be the account that your Direct Debit collections are disbursed to.

  3. Select the Branding Theme with the Access PaySuite payment service attached.

  4. Leave the Collect invoices without a theme? option selected. You would only need to clear this if advised by Access PaySuite. This is usually advised if you are using other third-party software in conjunction with Xero. Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article and also please include your details if you believe this may apply to you.

  5. Click Save. A message appears 'Successfully saved Xero configuration'.

  6. You are now ready to create your first customer.
