Once your organisation has migrated to the Access PaySuite DDCMS system, the Early Collection report will no longer be delivered automatically via email. This change is part of the updated reporting process within the Access PaySuite DDCMS platform and ensures that all report data is accessed directly from within the system, where it is kept up to date and centrally managed.
Instead of receiving the Early Collection report by email, you can now view upcoming Direct Debit activity by downloading the Future Payments Due report directly from within Access PaySuite DDCMS.
