When your organisation migrates from SmartDebit to Access PaySuite DDCMS, several reports are renamed or reorganised within the new system. One key change is how you access information previously found in the Successful Collection Report.
In Access PaySuite DDCMS, the Successful Collection Report is now available under its new name Transaction Summary Report under the Reports tab in Access PaySuite DDCMS.
The Transaction Summary Report provides the same core collection data, including confirmed Direct Debit payments and related transaction details, ensuring you can continue monitoring successful collections without interruption.
