Report includes data from multiple accounts

Why a report may show data from multiple accounts.

If you're viewing a report in Access PaySuite DDCMS that includes data from multiple accounts within your organisation, it's likely due to contracts being pulled from multiple data scopes.

To fix this, select only one account from the Active Client dropdown at the top of the page, click Save and then rerun the report to refresh the data.
