If a customer cancels their Direct Debit Instruction, we do not attempt any future payments unless the contract is reactivated and further payments are scheduled.

If the contract is cancelled after a payment instruction has been submitted to the bank, we cannot fully guarantee that the payment will not be attempted as this now lies in the hands of the customer's bank.
If payment is attempted after cancellation of the Direct Debit, the customer is able to contact their bank and request for the payment to be stopped.

πŸ“ŒNote: Once a contract is cancelled and there are no plans to reactivate this, we advise archiving the contract to stop non-attempted payments appearing within the payment history.
