DDCMS has disappeared from the Access menu button

Instructions for handling the disappearance of DDCMS from the Access Menu Button.

If you can no longer see DDCMS in the Access menu, please try the below steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache, instructions will vary based on which web browser you are using (Chrome Edge Firefox).

  2. Log out of Evo.

  3. Log in to Evo and click the Access menu.
