If you're an Access Evo administrator, you can add new users to Access PaySuite DDCMS in just a few simple steps. To find out how, watch our quick video.

📌Note: If a new member can't find their sign-up email, you can resend it. If they still don't receive an email, please check with your IT team that [email protected] is whitelisted for them.

Add a new user

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. Click Members in the top right‑hand area.

  3. Select Add and choose one of the following options:

    • Add members individually - Enter the user’s name and email address.

    • Add members in bulk - Enter multiple email addresses separated by a comma or space. Users can provide their details when they receive their activation email.

  4. Optionally enter a message, then click Add.

The new user receives an activation email where they can create a password and log in.

Assign a DDCMS roles

Once the user has accepted the invitation and activated their account:

  1. From the Members area, select the three‑dot menu beside the user’s name.

  2. Click Manage roles.

  3. Under DDCMS, select the role you want the user to have:

    • Administrator – Full access to all data, including bacs reports and the reporting suite. Displays as ClientAdmin.

    • User – Can add customers and update customer details. Displays as ClientUser.

  4. Click Save changes.

  5. Select Confirm, then Close.

The user’s DDCMS roles have now been updated.

📌Note: DDCMS requires the appropriate roles to access the platform. If additional access is needed, or if certain areas of DDCMS can't be accessed, update the user's role in this section.
