When checking the status of a customer on Access PaySuite DDCMS, this can be found under the CUSTOMERS tab as below:
In the CUSTOMERS tab, search for the customer using any field.
Check the Customer Status to see whether they are Active or Cancelled.
Click View Customer the eye icon, this takes you to the customer's PROFILE.
