To amend the site path / URL of your eDD page, please follow the steps below:
From Access Button, select Payments.
Select the Direct Debit tab.
If the page is showing as published, you need to momentarily unpublish the page by clicking Unpublish.
Once unpublished, click the Actions dropdown and select Change information.
A new window appears where you can then amend the field below the Site Path section.
Click Next until you reach the final page where you can then click Save.
Click Publish for this site, if required.
If linked on your organisation website, ensure that the URL for your eDD page is updated within your website to the new version.
