We're pleased to announce an enhancement to the New Payment webhook functionality for DDCMS API clients. This update extends the scope of notifications to include automatic represent payments, with clear source identification in the payload.

For API clients, the New Payment notification is typically sent to your designated New Payment callback URL whenever DDCMS generates a new payment on a fixed or rolling regular schedule.

For clients utilising our automatic represents functionality, we have broadened the scope of these notifications.

Now, notifications will also be sent when DDCMS generates an automatic represent payment after receiving an appropriate ARUDD report. To clearly distinguish these, represent payments, the Source field within the payload will be marked as “represent”.

The update will be applied to everyone on our SaaS platform on 14/01/2026.
