What's New
Previously, when adding a new payment schedule version, users had to complete a blank form even for minor changes such as amount adjustments. This required unnecessary data re-entry and increased the risk of errors.
Now, a new "Copy from current active version" checkbox is available when adding a payment schedule version with the "As soon as possible" option selected.
This feature:
Prefills all schedule fields from the currently active version, with values remaining editable
Adjusts payment counts by subtracting payments already collected
Automatically maps uncollected initial amounts to the new first amount and extra initial amounts fields
Displays an information banner confirming values have been copied and adjusted for payments already made
The option is only available for "As soon as possible" changes to avoid complexity with future-dated versions. Users can still create a completely new schedule from scratch by leaving the checkbox unticked.
How to access this update
