Edit start date of a future schedule version

Update the start date of any future schedule version quickly and confidently through the interface, with guided steps and built-in validation to avoid conflicts.

Access PaySuite DDCMS enables you to easily modify the start date of any future schedule version directly within the interface. This is particularly helpful when upcoming schedules need to be revised due to changes in customer requirements, contract updates, or timing adjustments.

The process is fast and guided, with built-in validation to ensure the new start date is compliant and does not create any schedule conflicts.


Update a future schedule version

  1. Within the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.

  2. Click View Customer the eye icon, this opens the customer's PROFILE.

  3. Click on the CONTRACTS tab.

  4. On the contract row under Actions, click the double green cog icon.

  5. From the dropdown, click on View/Amend Schedule Versions.

  6. Click the Actions dropdown next to the future schedule version.

  7. Select Edit Schedule Version.

  8. Under Date of Change, select Yes.

  9. Click the dropdown under Date of Change to open the date picker.

  10. Select the new effective date you want to apply to the schedule version.

    πŸ“ŒNote: Dates within the Bacs amendments notice period are automatically blocked and can't be selected.

  11. Review the preview grid showing the updated:

    • Collection dates

    • Collection amounts

    • Timeline order

  12. Click Next Step once actioned.

  13. Click Confirm these changes and this will take you back to the previous screen.


Audit log

All changes are automatically recorded in the audit trail including:

  • Previous start date

  • New start date

  • User who made the amendment

  • Timestamp

This ensures full visibility and compliance.
