If you need to amend an existing Schedule Type within Access PaySuite DDCMS, found under the Schedules tab, please contact our Access Digital Assistant and request to speak with a support agent.
When submitting your request, please include:
The existing Schedule Type you'd like to amend.
If applicable, the dates you'd like to add or remove from the Schedule Type.
If applicable, any frequency, amount, or termination type changes.
Any other changes required.
πNote: This covers updates to the Schedule Types available under the Schedules tab, which act as templates when setting up new customers.
πNote: If you own your Service User Number (SUN), you can add any dates to your Schedule Types without limit.
