A Service User Number (SUN) is a six-digit number that is used to identify a transaction of money made by a Direct Debit payment.
βIf you use paper mandates to sign up new customers the SUN appears on the mandate.
β
If your organisation has its own SUN, it typically appears on the customer's bank statements under your company name.
β
If your company uses our SUN, the title of Access PaySuite can appear on your customer's bank statements.
Locate the SUN in Access PaySuite DDCMS
Navigate to the Schedules tab in Access PaySuite DDCMS.
Select one of your schedules by ticking the checkbox next to it.
Click on the Set Up Customer DD option as though you were setting up a new mandate (rest assured, you won't complete any new Direct Debit setup; this step is purely for locating the SUN).
The mandate form will display your SUN alongside the associated bank account details.
If you require any assistance, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you will be connected to a support agent for further investigation.
