Combined credit for DDCMS accounts sharing the same Service User Number

What happens when you have multiple accounts sharing the same Service User Number (SUN).

If you're an Access PaySuite DDCMS customer operating multiple accounts under the same SUN, it's important to understand how disbursals are handled. When collections are processed across these linked accounts, all collected funds are automatically consolidated into a single disbursal payment. This means you will receive one combined credit into the bank account associated with the SUN, regardless of how many individual accounts or mandates contributed to the collections.

This behaviour is standard for setups where multiple entities or divisions share the same SUN, as the SUN determines how funds are grouped and disbursed.

To split disbursal payments, you must have a separate bank account linked to your SUN.
