If you have a SUN which is paperless, it means you can sign up new customers to Direct Debit without the need for the customer to sign a paper mandate. This could be over the telephone or on an online web page.
If you own your SUN, you'll need to contact your sponsoring bank to confirm if your SUN is paperless.
If Access PaySuite have provided you with a SUN, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
