Access PaySuite DDCMS allows you to update the start date of any future schedule version directly through the interface. This is useful when upcoming schedules need adjusting due to customer changes, contract updates, or timing shifts.

The process is quick, guided, and includes built-in validation to ensure the new date is compliant and doesn't cause schedule conflicts.

Update a future schedule version

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Versions section of the contract.

  2. Click on the Actions dropdown beside the future schedule version you want to modify.

  3. Click Edit Schedule Version.

  4. On the Edit Start Date dropdown, select Yes.

  5. Click on the Start Date field to open the date picker.

  6. Select the new start date you want to apply.

πŸ“ŒNote: Dates within the Bacs amendments notice period are automatically blocked and can't be selected.

  7. Review the preview grid showing the updated:

    • Collection dates

    • Collection amounts

    • Timeline order

  8. Once satisfied with the changes, click Save.
