Update the trading name or address

Change the trading name or address for your organisation or company to keep your records accurate and up to date.

If you need to notify us of a new trading name or trading address for your organisation, authorisation must be provided by either the named account contact or an Access PaySuite DDCMS Admin User. To begin the process, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and request to speak to a support agent.

When submitting your request, please include the following information so we can update your records efficiently:

  • The new trading name or new trading address

  • Any updated phone number, if this has also changed

  • The effective date of the change

  • Details of any changes to your registered address

Providing complete information helps us process the update quickly and ensure your organisation’s details remain accurate.
