Certain features within Access PaySuite DDCMS, such as reports, documents, and login windows require pop-ups to be enabled.
If nothing happens when selecting an option, your browser may be blocking pop-ups.
What you may see
When pop-ups are blocked, your browser may display a notification similar to:
"Pop-ups blocked"
With options such as:
Always allow pop-ups and redirects from go.accesscloud.com
Continue blocking
Quick Fix
If you see the pop-up blocked notification:
Click the pop-up blocked icon in the browser address bar.
Select:
Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://go.accesscloud.com.Click Done.
Refresh the page and try again.
