When using multiple eDD sites and more than one account on Access PaySuite DDCMS, during the set up process the relevant site accounts on the Payments platform are linked to the corresponding Access PaySuite DDCMS page to ensure that new customers pull through correctly.

If you have noticed that recent sign ups are showing on an Access PaySuite DDCMS account which is not linked to the page the customer registered on, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation. Please include the customer(s) reference and the related accounts.
