Customers missing from Access PaySuite DDCMS after signing up on eDD page.

If you are aware of customers that have signed up to Direct Debit via your online eDD page but are not showing on Access PaySuite DDCMS, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation. Please include the URL of the eDD page that you currently have linked on your website and the name of the customer(s).
