If the Complete button isn't working on your eDD Review page, please ensure that none of the fields completed on the registration form include characters that aren't permitted in Access PaySuite DDCMS.

For example, in Access PaySuite DDCMS a plus sign (+) isn't permitted in the Surname field, but there's currently no validation to prevent this being input in the Surname field in eDD. If you click Edit Details on the Review page and remove any unpermitted characters then the Complete button should work and the registration will be successful.

The Surname field in Access PaySuite DDCMS must contain only: upper case letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), full stop (.), apostrophe ('), comma (,), forward slash (/), dash (-), round brackets ( () ), question mark (?), quotation mark ("), Ampersand (&) and space.
