If you've recently signed up to use the Payments product with Access PaySuite and need a new eDD page created, we're here to help!

Just get in touch with our Access Digital Assistant and ask to speak with a member of our support team.

When you reach out, please attach the information listed below so we can get things moving for you as quickly as possible.

  • Your company logo.

  • A background image.

  • Your brand colours.

  • A brand guide (if your organisation has one).

  • Your specified site path for the URL.

  • Whether you require notifications to be set up to alert you of new sign ups.

Once we've received these, we will set up your new eDD page ensuring it's configured correctly.
