Customer set up with incorrect frequency

A customer is set up with an incorrect frequency when signing an eDD page.

If your organisation's eDD page is set up to only collect a certain frequency, i.e., monthly but you have noticed some customers being set up on Access PaySuite DDCMS with different frequencies, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation. Please include the below information:

  • The name of the eDD page your customer signed up on.

  • The Bank Ref of the customer affected (if this is multiple customers, please provide one example to start with).

  • The frequency the customer should be set up to collect.

It may be that upon initial configuration of your eDD pages, all frequency types were included for your page or this has since been updated by someone within your organisation.
