Once you've migrated over to Access PaySuite DDCMS and your eDD page has been created, you'll need to ask that your provider is switched from Rapidata to Access PaySuite DDCMS. This ensures that any new sign ups are created in the new Access PaySuite DDCMS site, and not Rapidata.
To request this please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
Once the switch has taken place, the page can be published and you can update the URL on your website.
