Enable and disable email notifications in DDCMS Direct

Configure email notifications in DDCMS Direct.

Users can now receive an email notification for three stages in the application process:

Incoming BACS File - An email to notify a new incoming BACS file has been received, allowing users to quickly retrieve it and take necessary actions to comply with BACS rules and processes.

Outgoing File Submission – An email notifying an outgoing file transitioning to exporting to bank status. This ensures transparency by confirming that users are following their processes in a timely manner.

Bank Export Status – An email notification when a file transitions to either Bank Export Complete or Bank Export failed status. This provides reassurance of a successful export or an opportunity to address any issues promptly.


Adding an Email

  1. Click on Administrator and then select Email Notifications.

  2. Select the option required.

  3. Click on the Add button.

  4. Type the email address in the email box and click Save.


Deleting an Email

  1. Click on Administrator and then select Email Notifications.

  2. Select the option required.

  3. Find the email address from the list.

  4. Click the bin icon to remove and click Save.
