You may hold more than one account with us but would prefer not to have more than one log in. It is sometimes possible for these accounts to be grouped. You would then only require one email address.

In order for your accounts to be grouped, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article and include the names of your accounts. This request must come from the named Administrator contact on your account.
πNote: If you have multiple accounts that are already grouped within DDCMS, and you would like to add further users to the grouping, please firstly ensure the user has an active login and you can then follow the above instruction, including the name of each user and which accounts they should have access to.
